Ashley Straub – Office Manager
Ashley is the helpful voice on the other end of the telephone when you call. As the name implies she is Dave’s daughter. Ashley brings a lot of experience working in an office setting. Not only does she do the day to day office tasks, she also takes care of all HR tasks.
Dustin Straub – Lead Construction Crew Member
Dustin is Dave’s son. He has been working on and off for Straub Landscape since Dave first started the company. He started out on the maintenance side of things but has since moved onto the construction side of things. He is Dave’s partner in doing all of our construction projects.
Alex Martinez – Maintenance Crew Member & Construction Crew Member
Alex is our swing crew member. He often works with Nacho doing our maintenance work. However, when Dave and Dustin need the additional help he is always willing to help out on construction projects. Alex has a wife and together they do a large paper route every morning before he comes to work.
